The strange thing you should immediately see is the negative time "-03:23" in Bed A3, which suggests that these "presentation times" aren't a 24-hr clock. They are in fact calendar years, with the negative sign indicating BC.
Searching up those years should reveal that a monarch died on each of those years. The "presenting problem" column describes the circumstances of their deaths. For example, Bed A1 refers to King Albert I of Belgium dying in 1934 in a mountaineering accident. We then use their regnal number to index into the name, e.g. taking A from ALBERT I.
