This is a metapuzzle that requires the solutions to the previous four puzzles of this pathway.

As hinted by the title and the graphic, the requirement here is to slot the puzzle solutions horizontally, while intersecting with the four medical ethics pillars of AUTONOMY, BENEFICENCE, JUSTICE and NON-MALEFICENCE. There are exactly two ways to do this such that the pillars and solutions share letters at intersection points marked by question marks, one of which is as below:

The other way is to swap NON-MALEFICENCE and BENEFICENCE, but that won't change the solution of FICTION
